About
Most people in GTM can sell or build. I have done both.
The developer
I started in Markham, Ontario, building web applications for small businesses in JavaScript, Angular and MongoDB. I learned to turn a messy business need into something that runs.
The sales floor
Then I moved to the sales floor at SalesGamma in Toronto. I went from SDR to Sales Team Lead in three months and led 14+ reps through 600+ solution presentations and $200K+ in influenced revenue. I saw how much of a rep's day is lost to manual work and bad data.
The builder
Back home in Sikar, Rajasthan, I am Head of Sales & Growth (fractional) at Czed Labs, where I run the field motion and owned the revenue side of the 5-year revenue model. I completed Clay's Outbound Orchestration Foundations (Cohort 3) with five graded builds, and I build in n8n with the Claude API. Selling taught me where revenue leaks. Building lets me fix it.
How I build
Four rules that show up in every system.
Rule 1
Code does the math. The model writes the words.
Forecasts, scores and dates come from code. Claude explains them and is told not to calculate anything. The one time I let it retype a date, it got the year wrong.
Rule 2
Unknown stays unknown.
Research agents return JSON with "unknown" allowed. My first free-text version invented review ratings, so a blank now means blank, not a guess.
Rule 3
A person approves what a customer sees.
Emails land as drafts. Stage changes are suggested, never made. The system does the prep so the rep spends time on judgment.
Rule 4
Show what broke.
Every case study says what failed and what I changed. A tool that flagged 10 of 12 deals as risky got ignored, so I raised the bar until it flagged 4.
